The arrow will help you stay oriented as you install the wires later. Drill 5/16 inch holes to
attach the square floor flange to the baseplate.
Replace one of the set screws with a 3/8 inch bolt and drill through the wall of the center
post to make sure there is no slippage of the post inside the flange when the beam is
rotated.
You can use two of these flanges if you want to install one on the bottom with the baseplate
sandwiched between but I felt that one is adequate.
The big hole in the base plate to the right of the flange is for running the RG 213 coax
through to the underside.
